  2. Umpires:

    • Responsibilities: Umpires officiate games, ensuring that the rules are followed and making fair and impartial decisions. They play a vital role in creating a positive and fair playing environment for the young athletes.
  3. Team Parents:

    • Responsibilities: Team parents act as a liaison between the coaching staff and parents, facilitating communication and organizing team-related activities. They may also assist with administrative tasks and support team events.
  4. League Administrators:

    • Responsibilities: League administrators handle various administrative tasks, including player registration, scheduling games, managing finances, and coordinating league events. They are essential for the smooth operation of the Little League program.
  5. Field Maintenance Crew:

    • Responsibilities: Volunteers involved in field maintenance ensure that playing fields are in good condition. This includes tasks such as field preparation, equipment setup, and general maintenance to provide a safe and enjoyable playing environment.
  6. Concession Stand Volunteers:

MANDATORY Training Courses for ALL Hemet Little League Volunteers

1. USA Baseball Abuse Awareness for Adults - Must be updated every year 

Team Managers are also REQUIRED to complete the following Training Courses. These are OPTIONAL for Team Parents, and General Volunteers.

1. Concussion Certificate Course  - Must be updated every year

2. USA Baseball Basic First Aid Course - Must be updated every two years
